Heritage Educational
License Program

  • A member of HELP is an educational institution licensed to use the educational program of Wellspring Christian Family Schools (WCFS).

Upon completing the WCFS Educational License Agreement, member programs are granted the use of the proprietary WCFS academic administrative system to provide their students with credentials and transcripts from the widely recognized WCFS program.

Churches and faith based groups may adopt the turn-key WCFS program, or creatively adapt the program to fit their philosophy and needs. Once approved, all certifications and approvals held by WCFS are extended to all member programs in good standing.

  • A HELP license provides a complete academic administration and oversight system for a member to use for its own educational program. Our system approves courses, verifies the quality of student work and provides academic records that conform to customary standards of most post-secondary institutions. WCFs records include annual transcripts and a high school diploma.

The WCFS system provides comprehensive administration for HELP members. This includes a statement of philosophy and purpose, the specifics of the educational program, instruction methods, curriculum, and student records for elementary and/or high school. High school credits are awarded by the Carnegie-styled qualified study hour (QSU) developed by WCFS.

  • The WCFS system is designed with the home in mind. Not only do approved courses fit into the home environment seamlessly, but we have developed academic protocols for crafting many opportunities of the home into creditworthy course that utilize the dynamic setting of each student.

Flexibility is a chief competent of the WCFS program and philosophy. A member program may use our system as a turn-key operation or modify it in keeping with the core standards established by the WCFS system. Member programs are trained and approved through the initial application process. Final approval occurs when the ember program is in satisfactory compliance with all WCFS system requirements.

  • Christian churches and faith-based educational programs may become a HELP member. All WCFS-ministries are operated in accordance with Biblical values. HELP applicants must agree with our statement of faith and values.

  • Upon application and payment of certain fees, the applicant's administrative staff will attend a training seminar in which the WCFS system is taught and details of the program are set forth. The applicant's educational program is developed and approved according to the HELP agreement.

A HELP member has ample time to complete all the necessary preparations to begin it's program. WCFS is available through the process to assist you with details of development and implementation. Information meetings about the WCS HELP offering is available upon request.

WCFS has HELPs in Maryland, South Korea, and the Philippines. We would love to have you join this endeavor for the advancement of Christ-centered educational communities around the world!
